Christina Yen was born in Taichung, Taiwan. She has been a gifted musician since very young age. In 1999, she entered the Music Department of Tunghai University with the highest score in the entrance examination. Her major was in vocal music and minor in piano. Christina enrolled in the graduated study for vocal music in Tunghai University, under the guidance of world renowned opera singer El-Lin Hsu and famous educator/pianist Dr. Juanelva Rose.
After graduation, she pursued the music teaching career in the Changhua Arts Senior High School and the Miaoli Holistic Education School. As a pastor’s daughter and a devoted Christian, she served as the music director for the Bread of Life Christian Church in Tunghai Taichung.

畢業後任教於彰化藝術高中, 苗栗全人實驗中學, 並於台中東海靈糧堂擔任音樂總監. 林毓宣的歌聲特别清快嘹亮. 她對合唱教學有深厚的經驗; 特别注重各聲部音整齊, 音量平衡, 音色調和, 和聲, 換氣等.
林毓宣是一位虔誠的基督徒, 父親是牧師. 她於2010年來加州定居千橡. 現任韻聲合唱團鋼琴伴奏. 並從事私人聲樂教學及鋼琴教學.
